My first ATC

Hello everyone, it's definitely snowing hard over here and I don't know when we will catch a glimpse of spring... I know, I know it's only a couple months away but really, just when I thought we had enough snow. It had to fall again and poor hubby had to shovel...

On a positive note, it's my DT day for the SBC team and this week, the DT had to make ATC or better yet known as Artist Trading Cards. Let me tell you, I sure did not know how to do one but thanks to my friend Google and DT Sandy's video, I was able to have a quick look and understand what I needed to do.

I went with a simple design since I wanted it to reflect what I liked to do best ie Coloring with my prisma pencils. I chose an old Hampton Art stamp and inked it with my memento black ink. Fussy cut around the stamp and added some dimensionals at the back. Embossed my cardstock and added some twine and a small heart at the bottom. To finish, I glued 3 pieces of cereal boxes cut at the size of the ATC, which is 2 1/2" x 3 1/2".

Hope you like it and if you are in need of some more inspiration, please visit us at the Scrapbook Blessings Club.

Challenges:

Simon Says Stamp - AG with Twine or String
QKR Stampede - AG
Craftitude - AG

Isn't it amazing what can be done on such a small surface - ATC's can be addicting! Thanks so much for sharing this first one of yours with us at the Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge, Jenyfer!
