Hello Princess

Hello and welcome to another challenge from AudSentiments. This week's theme is Anything goes but include any sentiment for a girl. Our sponsor this week is The Paper Shelter who has graciously given us some digis to play with.

Here is my card where I used Japanese Cute Doll. I have colored her with Prismacolored pencils and the papers are from a K& Co paper pad. I have cut the mat with my Cricut. Since the paper alone was pretty, it didn't need a lot to add. The finishing touches are the paper punched butterflies, the ribbon from stash, the adhesived glittered ribbon border and the doodling around the image.

This is the inside of the card where you can write.

Hope you like it and please join us this week at AudSentiments.

I recently created a Facebook page, I would really appreciate your visit :-) Thanks a ton.

I earned that cake...

Hello everyone! Finally it's Sunday and tomorrow the kids go to school which means more crafting time for me? Not really, need to do the household chores and cook...

Anyhoo, onto today's card, I loved the birdbrain that we received for the Feb SOTM Challenge. Isn't it a cute one?

The image was colored with Prismacolored pencils and baby oil. I made the sky background with Hero Arts Sky Blue ink and a cloud template, that I cut from a stamp set.I cut the image with my spellbinders dies, matted the image first before adding some dimensionals underneath. I used some of the paper scraps I had and embossed some of them. The ribbon is from my stash.

I used my Fiskars punch to add a simple border.  I SO loved the sentiment that Faith created for this image set. Thanks Faith!

My sketch is from this week's sketch and I'm also entering this for the GDT Call that From The Heart Stamps is having this month.

Hello

Hi and welcome to another challenge at

We were asked to make anything but a card so I went with a fire cracker box! Our sponsor this week is Art By Miran.

This is my first attempt at this but I know it won't be the last!

I used my Cricut with the Tags, Bags and more 2 cartridge to cut this at 4 1/2". Since I didn't have a scoring tip, I had the pressure, speed at min and it did the job perfectly! I colored Isabel's Bouquet with my Memento markers and prismacolored pencils. I also added some sequin ribbons on the side and some fuzzy ribbons from my stash. Papers are from a DCWV paper pad.

HB2U

Hello, this morning is a brutal one again and we have more snow. Seems we won't be able to see spring anytime soon.

Today is my DT inspiration post for the Sunflowerfield Store where I used the following Sunflowerfield items:

Half pearls (which I colored in green with copic markers)

Here is my inspirational card.

The image was colored with Prismacolored pencils and matted on some black cardstock. I used my spellbinders dies to cut the mat. Papers are from a DCWV pad and the "HB2U" are stickers.

Hello everyone and Happy Friday!

Today my card features one of  the Sunflowerfield Designs digital stamps from the Valentines release, called Dunja hugging a heart . I have her colored with my prismacolored pencils and added some distressing with some Memento Desert Sand ink.

The paper is from a Martha Stewart pad and I have matted the image with both red and brown cardstock. The sentiment comes from my own handwriting and I have added some corners using one of my old corner punch. I also added some XOXO confetti which I have glued with glossy accents.

Don't forget about our special offer  - Save more with every purchase at Sunflowerfield and the February Featured Product which you can get for 50% off from it's original price.
(our February featured product is an adorable Valentines themed stamp)

Make a Wish

Hello again, I was running to make this one and finally did in the nick of time. This is for the Whimsie Doodles monthly challenge.

I used the Shell a bration set in the This and That section. I went for a masculine birthday card since one of my daughter's friend birthday is coming up very soon. I know he loves basketball and so, I chose these papers. The pearl and balloon fish were colored with my prismacolored pencils and I matted them onto some black cardstock.

I used my Cricut to make a circle that I cut in half for the basketball paper. The sentiment is from the birthday Inkadinkado set and these were stamped on a balloon die cut from Whimsy stamps.

To finish the card, I added some green twine.

My sketch comes from the Whimsie Doodles Jan challenge.

SUNFLOWERFIELD DESIGNS is having a Blog Hop starting on 15 February 2014, 9am CET on the Sunflowerfield blog during which their new images will be showcased.

I love you

Hello and welcome everyone to another weekly challenge from AudSentiments. This week our sponsor is Add A little Dazzle. Our challenge this week is a Bingo challenge and here is what you can play with.

I used the far right column: used some texture (embossing and lace), die cuts and 3-word sentiment. My image is a ladybug from the Doodle Garden. The ladybug is colored with my prismacolored pencils and baby oil. The hearts were made with my Cricut using the Plantin Schoolbook cartridge at different sizes starting from 3 3/4" to 5" where I embossed the one in the middle.

I also used my spellbinders circle and scallops die to mat the ladybug and used some dimensionals to pop the image up. You will see that I have cut the bottom of the heart since it had a pointy end and this was not helping the card stand up.

Hope you like my project today and please do visit my fellow teamies here for more inspiration.

P.S: I have created a new FB page for my creations. I would love for you to join me there too. Hugs xoxo

You are loved

Hello everyone, sorry I have been MIA for the past few days. I have been sick and I have a terrible sore throat! The weather is not cooperating too!!!

For today's card, I chose Hula Diva and colored with my prismacolored pencils. Matted her with some black cardstock and used some dimensionals for some height. Papers are from a Martha Stewart pad and I added some ribbon from stash.

To finish it off, I added some hearts that I made with my punch and added a line around both corners. The sentiment is from the SSS Thinking of You set.

P.S: I have created a new FB page for my creations. I would SO love to see you there. Hugs xoxo

Daisies are like Sunshine on the ground

Hello everyone and hope  you're having a great Wednesday so far. Here, we had a heavy snowstorm and we have had up to 10 cm of snow and still falling... I wanted to make a spring-like card to cheer me up.

Kraftin Kimmie Stamps is having a Krafty Bowl Challenge this week and I really wanted to play. I do hope I can make more than one card... KKS has different challenges for this and I had to choose something new. I just bought this Daisy Mae and I couldn't wait to color it up.

I colored Daisy Mae with my prisma pencils and baby oil, cut her up with my dies and matted with black cardstock. I stamped the sentiment on some vellum paper and I had to use my black marker to highlight the color since it was too mat...

Daddy's Little Princess

Happy Monday everyone and even though the temperature did not go up here, I'm glad the sun is out! Makes it less gloomy and makes me want to go out and play hehe. I can't believe it's February already!

Front view
I colored Rose with my prisma pencils and baby oil. Die cut the picture with my Spellbinder rectangle die and matted with some pink cardstock. Paper comes from an unknown pad and I have cut both base and designer papers with my Cricut.

Side view
I embossed the sentiment with pink embossing powder and matted it on some pink cardstock. To finish, I added some flowers, pearls from my stash and doodled some straight lines on the borders.

Close up

The inside
I used the scallop border that was left after I cut the base for the outside of my card and stamped Rose partially. I left the inside blank for now.

My sketch comes from C.C.Designs

Hope you like it!
