{DG} Special Delivery

Happy Good Friday!!! The kids are home today and we are busy preparing for Easter! We are planning to go out on Sunday so let's hope that the weather will cooperate...Today is my weekly DT post for the Doodle Garden blog and I have colored this newly released image "Special Delivery"!

Here is my card

I colored this image with Memento markers and prismacolored pencils. I used my scalloped rectangle nesties for the mat and added some pink stickles to the borders. I punched some white cardstock and added some ribbon trim on top.

Sentiment is a rub on and I added some twine that I attached to 2 buttons. Papers are from a DCWV baby pad. My sketch comes from Sweet Sketch Wednesday 2 and I did an A2 card instead.

Hoppity Easter

Happy Friday! It's my weekly post for the Doodle Garden and I'm late! Well  better late than never right? Here's my card where I used Tea Cup Bunny.

She was colored with my prismacolored pencils. I did a sky background with my cloud template, my dauber and Hero Arts Ink. The egg shape was cut with my Cricut and I got a free file from Birds Card. The papers are from 3 bugs in a rug.

Here's the inside where I wrote the sentiment in my own handwriting.

Make A Wish

Happy Saturday! Yay! Today a new challenge starts over at Doodle Garden. We have an inspiration photo for you to play with below.

For my project, I made a box of treats. The box was cut at 5 1/2" from the Tags, Bags and More 2 cartridge from my Cricut. For the image, I used Birthday Wishes for You, which I colored with prismacolored pencils. I also used my nesties to cut the scallop mat and added some pink glitter around the image. The flowers were cut from the Flower Fun Spring grass die and some pearls were added for the middle.

The sentiment comes the Chelsea set and I used my square punch to make the corners of the banner. I do apologize for the darker pictures today since the weather has not been cooperating today.

Here are more pictures of the treat box. Enjoy!

{HB} Just Because

Hello everyone and Happy Wednesday! So far, so good! Today starts a new challenge for Hobbybook. The theme is Use 2 die Cuts or more. This proved to be difficult for me since I do NOT own a lot of these. I use my Cricut most of the time.

Here is my card

The image was colored with prismacolored pencils and cut with my oval nesties.  I used the Elegant Edges Cricut cartridge and cut the mat shape at 3 1/2" (both green and white) and embossed with my dots folder. The flowers come from the Flower fun Spring grass die.

My sketch comes from Die Cuttin Divas

Hello

Good morning! Happy Thursday! Hope you had a fabulous week so far! I've got lots on my plate this week and haven't been around much but this is my DT post for AudSentiments challenge which is sponsored by Delicious Doodles.

Here is my card.

My card base and mats are from Recollections. My designer paper is from MME. I have colored my image with prismacolored pencils and added some butterflies with my punch. I ran my card base through the dots embossing folder before gluing the mats down. Some cotton twine was added to finish the card. Sentiment is from an Inkadinkado set.

My sketch comes from Mojo Monday

This card can be used for Spring or even for a Mother's day card. What do you think?

I love you

Hello and welcome everyone to another weekly challenge from AudSentiments. This week our sponsor is Add A little Dazzle. Our challenge this week is a Bingo challenge and here is what you can play with.

I used the far right column: used some texture (embossing and lace), die cuts and 3-word sentiment. My image is a ladybug from the Doodle Garden. The ladybug is colored with my prismacolored pencils and baby oil. The hearts were made with my Cricut using the Plantin Schoolbook cartridge at different sizes starting from 3 3/4" to 5" where I embossed the one in the middle.

I also used my spellbinders circle and scallops die to mat the ladybug and used some dimensionals to pop the image up. You will see that I have cut the bottom of the heart since it had a pointy end and this was not helping the card stand up.

Hope you like my project today and please do visit my fellow teamies here for more inspiration.

P.S: I have created a new FB page for my creations. I would love for you to join me there too. Hugs xoxo

Catered Crop - Use a Heart
Pumpkin Spice - Heart

Thinking of You

Hi and welcome back to this week's challenge at Aud Sentiments. The theme is use a Valentine's sentiment of some type! . Easy Peasy right?

We got to play with some fabulous images from our fab sponsor, QKR Stampede, which by the way is offering 5 digis to the winner.

I colored Boy with balloons with my prisma pencils, fussy cut and added some glossy accents to the balloons. I mounted him on some die cuts from my Elegant Edge cricut cartridge - love that one! I also added a border with my Fiskars punch and glued some ribbon sequins on it.

The sentiment is from one of the Inkadinkado stamp set and I made that banner with scissors. I added some dimensional tape under the first black layer mat.

Here's a close up
