{FTHS} SOTM - May

Hi it's me again, I'm here for the FTHS - SOTM May and here is my card based on this week's sketch (see below). I do apologise in advance I missed the scallops on the sketch. I was in a hurry since I have a cold. Yes, in this sunny warm weather!

My sketch is from i{Heart}sketch

Mom, Thank You for being You

Hello and happy Saturday! Hope yours started with a smile. Mine did, I can't complain. Sunny weather, tryouts to my daughter's dance, quick check to the shopping mall and finally, eating out for dinner later. What can be more perfect than this?

I'm here today for the progressive challenge by Imagine This...imagine that by Kris. We received this image to play

and here is what I came up with:

She has been colored with prismacolors and gamsol, popped up with foam dots and fussy cut. The mat was cut with my spellbinders ovals and scallops.

Hope you like it!

{HBDT} Hello Princess

Good morning and Happy Wednesday! We're in the middle of the week already! Where did the time go? Today brings out a new challenge over at Hobbybook where the theme is Use at least 3 flowers. Easy peasy right?

Here is my card

I colored Lyndseypop with my prisma colors and gamsol, popped her up onto some foam dots and stamped a sentiment from one of my unknown stamp sets. I cut the mat with my Cricut and embossed the background papers with my cuttlebug. Flowers are from Prisma, the center of the flower was done with a thread to make it look like it has a pistil and I also used my Martha Stewart punch for some vines.

Here is a close up

Hope you like it and visit my fellow teamies for more inspiration here

{DGDT} Up, up & Away

Happy Friday everyone! It's my weekly post for the Doodle Garden. How is it going on  your side? Ours is certainly off to a great start! We are doing some renos of our backyard finally, been a long, long time. We are sure looking forward to a new patio so we can chill during summer.

My little cutie is Aviator Boy that you can find in the store here. I love every single image of Jennifer's, they're SO SO cute!!!

I went with a masculine card, something I rarely create. I colored Aviator with prismacolor pencils and gamsol, fussy cut and popped him up with some foam dots. Papers are from October Afternoon Travel Girl and sentiment is from Up, UP & Away (The clouds too!)

Hope  you like it and remember we have our monthly challenge going on. Check it out!

{TGF}Happiness Lives Here

Hi it's me again. I just wanted to pop this in for the TGF Insta-Fun Contest and Stencil Challenge

Here's my card

I have colored Anya Sing (I think it's retired) with prismacolored pencils and gamsol. The background stamp is Happiness from The Local King and I stamped it with PTI Hibiscus Burst and Plum Pudding. I die cut the frame with MFT instaframe die. The blue background was done with a stencil and Bahama Blue from Memento. The sentiments are from the Mama Elephant We Click set.

My sketch comes from Sketch Saturday

Hope you like it and good luck!

{ASDT}Thank You

Hi and welcome to another challenge from Aud Sentiments. Our sponsor this week is StampArt Design by Kathryne And we have a bingo for our challenge where I used the last row.

I colored Tulip Umbrella with prismacolored pencils and gamsol. The scalloped die cuts were cut with my cricut. Papers are from a single sheet but is double sided, gotta love this!

Flowers are from a punch where I added some sequins in middle. I also punched some leaves from some glittered dp.

I thought of my friend when i was designing this card.  She's very dear to me, been there in every step of my life.

My sketch comes from love to create.

Hope you like it and don't forget to visit my fellow teammates for more inspiration.

Never forget kindness

Hello and Happy Friday! Hope you have plans made for the weekend. Ours will be rainy and cold...SO NOT looking forward to it! My card is a pretty simple one for the KKS challenge where you have use oldie but goodie stamp.

I have colored her with prismacolor pencils and gamsol. I matted her on some kraft cardstock, the shape I cut from my Cricut and added some brown-orangey chalk around her to create a halo. I also doodled around the border.

My sketch comes from YNS, which is my 2nd entry.
