From drab to fab

Good morning and Happy Wednesday!!! It's still cold today but much less than yesterday. I have this baby card made for The Scrapbook Blessings Club. By no means, I am an expert card maker!!!  First, I have my tip of the day for you...Use glossy accents to adhere small embellishments

Onto today's project...

This sweet baby card was embossed with some blue embossing powder and the flowers were stamped and colored with prisma pencils. I could have let this card like it is, simple but I thought there was something missing.  I am by no means an expert card maker!!!

To turn the above card into a fab one, I added a banner with some alpha letters from Michaels, some twine from my stash and some sequins. Some simple embellishments and B-A-M!!!

Ta-Da!!! Let me know which one you prefer? Would you go with the first or the second one?

Challenges:

TTCRD - AG
Addicted to stamps - Shaped Cards
Papertake Weekly - AG w/sth new (New Baby)
Pink Gem - Sth new

Hope you have a blessed day and thanks for stopping by,
